Please Read the following Details carefully before submitting:

1. We are currently offering a 70/30 split. With you, as the agent, keeping 70%. 2. We have a physical office, but agents and brokers will generally not be using it. We do this to keep our expenses as low as possible so we can maneuver to help you grow your craft and business instead. You will not need an office and will work with your clients in the Field. 3. You will not have any signup nor monthly dues as of this time nor for the forseeable future. We are a real brokerage and instead want you focusing on you growing your business, not worrying about paying bills. 4. You understand that this is an Entreprenurial position, commissions only, and your success will depend on how hard you work and how serious your commitment is. You also understand that as an Entrepreneur, you are responsible for your marketing expenses and can decide how much or how little you wish to spend to market your listings. You understand that, although we are not currently charging you any fees or costs, you will be responsible for the costs of marketing your listings, your brand, and growing and scaling your business. You will also be responsible for your Operational costs, e.g., uber or limosine rides, entertainment or travel expenses, etc. 5. We will offer unique 1 on 1 mentorship, but you must choose your time windows and be extraordinarily serious about your success. We will not push you to succeed past where you want to go. The value of this Mentorship is enormous and it must be respected. 6. You will make your own schedule, work remotely, and understand that this is a great thing, but you must be extremely committed in making sure you are maintaining momentum in your growth. 7. We will provide leads and prospecting data for you. You will honor and respect them and all of our customers and clients and be dilligent in working them. 8. You will commit to excellence and ethics above all else. 9. You understand we are a high end firm and you will carry yourself accordingly and protect our reputation and your client's well being at all costs. 10. You agree to conduct all activities in an ethical, moral, and legal fashion with no exceptions.
